Arranging a visa to enter the Russian Federation is a relatively straight forward process nowadays and we provide the following information as a guide to help make the process as simple as possible.

The hotel provides a reference number and confirmation letter to obtain a tourist visa for the guest from its local Russian Consulate. Under Russian law guest must stay minimum 1 night.

To get a visa support documents please fill in reservation and request visa form.

Upon receipt of the above form we will contact you for confirmation of your reservation.

The visa support service fee amounts to 600 rubles.

Visa Support letter is provided within 1-3 working days. Visa Support is available on the basis of full prepayment for the service and one night Hotel deposit.

In case of visa support service cancellation, non-arrival or reservation cancellation after the visa support procedure has already begun the amounts of the visa support service will not be paid back or will be charged against the guest's credit card.

According to the Russian law each foreign citizen being accommodated at the hotel on the territory of Russian Federation must register his visa within 24 hours upon arrival.

Upon check in the guest shall provide his passport, valid visa and migration card (filled in on the plane / train or when passing passport control).

Upon the receipt of these documents the hotel fills in the arrival notice and registers guest’s visa through Passport and Visa Service (PVS) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

If you arrive by train more than 3 days after crossing the border, please, keep your tickets.
